Why should I come?
- Investigate the opportunity to diversify your existing farm business, with the potential to provide an alternative or additional income stream and a succession plan to keep family members on the land.
- Learn from the locals: listen to and learn from the experiences of local producers who are already on the path to developing food or agritourism as part of their farm business.
- Find out who is out there to help: meet the people behind the local and state government departments that can help you develop your agritourism venture.
Who can participate?
Farmers, producers and rural land owners in the Queanbeyan-Palerang region: whether you’ve never even considered farm to plate or agritourism, or you have an idea that you want to bring to life! You can apply for this program and we will help you decide if the program is right for you.
